User-rate limit exceeded 429???

    I have been unable to send emails from any of my sites and keep getting the same error on each:

    You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.

    The log to paste when you open a support issue:

    That error is coming from your email provider.
    Whoever you are using is rate limiting the number of emails you can send.

    Who or what are you using for email?
