user ratings.

I’ve dug up a few ‘ratings’ related plugins and threads on this board. I’ve yet to find what I need.

Best case scenario: Anyone can see a rating, but in order to actually rate a post the user must be logged in. A specific user’s ratings are logged somewhere (so in theory one could show them all of their ratings).

This would be perfect for my needs. Any leads?
