User Register page – Problem with buddypress

  • Hi. Some time ago I bought the theme “Meteor ” and now I installed ” buddypress ” on the same website. The problem is that the user registration pages are not activated. Only appear blank . I have tried to deactivate “Meteor” and leave active a theme that uses WP default, and then the registration pages work.

    Is there any way to fix it?

    Sounds like you might be using a premium theme. If that’s the case it’s possible that support is offered specifically for that theme. Based on the steps you’ve taken, it sounds like there’s something theme-specific that’s causing that to not display correctly. Is there a way you can contact the vendor of the theme for support?
