User Registration and Custom Page

Good Afternoon,

I’m wondering if there is such a plugin that i can use WP for the following.

1. I would like to have a user register for an account and enable captcha to avoid bots.
2. I would get an email indicating a user has registered.
3. I would create a custom look for that specific user once he logs in with the credentials he/she registered with, if they log in before i have created a page it would just be a generic page saying in process or something…

Is there a widget out there that could help with this?

Essentially this is what i’m needing it for.
A user registers, and in a comment box tells me what type of printers they have.
I customize their page, next time they login to their page they see a listing of the inks for the printers with a price, they can change quantity of it and click on submit order (which would just send me an email) no paypal credit card or billing information needed.

I’m very opened to alternatives or suggestions.
