user registration before register for an event

Hello i am developer. i am developing a site for a hotel, in which admin will create events and end user will register for that events if they are interested and pay the respective amount of the event, but i want before registering for an events user must logged in and if he is not then user must register himself and all the events he had attended so far should be listed in his profile page.
can this be done by free version of this plugin
