User registration confirmation link doesnt work

  • Hi, i wonder if anyone can advise on the following problem.

    1. I have successfully set up a subdomain with mailgun all active and authorized. The mailgun plugin on my site configuration test is ok.
    my subdomain is
    contact.mysite.co.uk/

    I am using mailgun for my registration. Not sure if thats what it should be used for either?
    When a new user registers they receive their activate their blog email.

    In the confirmation email, the link to confirm includes “email.” before my domain
    https://email.contact.mysite.co.uk/
    and the link when clicked goes to page not found.

    I wonder if there is anything I should be doing differently as everything else works.

    I have just found that it works after Mailgun sent me a confirmation of my account sucess, Thanks anyway

    Hi, It was a while ago and I cannot remember what solved it but my previous post suggests that it worked after I was able to get confirmation from them. Look out for confirmation emails. If I remember it took some time to receive. Maybe that will help you. I stopped using Mailgun as I moved to a different plugin.

    Hi Richard thanks so much for taking the time to reply. After pulling out just about every hair I had left on my head I finally found the solution:

    Disable tracking.

    So, for the future me who can’t figure out what’s going on, disable everything that could possibly be tracking and it will solve the issue.
