'User Registration – For User' not being generated in 1.3.5

    I’m using Paid Memberships Pro 1.8.6.2 (the latest).

    With 1.3.3, BNFW new user notifications are being sent out, but when I tried upgrading to 1.3.5, they aren’t anymore although the new users are still being created. I’ve since rolled back to 1.3.3 and things are fine again.

    Suggestions?

    That’s some excellent and persistent testing – so pleased you came to some conclusions and thank you for letting me know about your post over on the PMPro support forum too.

    I think one of the main issues, aside from temporary incompatibility between plugins, is the use of Multisite which is currently not 100% supported by BNFW. I do plan on releasing an add-on for Multisite which should be really handy but this is a little way off yet. There are Multisite specific features, for example, which aren’t included in BNFW, such as overriding some of the Multisite specific emails.

    If you’ve managed to find a working solution that’s great though and do keep me in the loop with developments on any front that effect BNFW.

    As I haven’t been able to replicate this issue on a single site version of WordPress, i’m going to close this thread unless anyone else can provide me with a database to test with. Despite my best attempts, i’ve been unable to replicate this issue on non-multisite installations, but it sounds like a specific configuration on Multisite does work with the ‘New User Registration – For User’ notification, as you mention above. Hopefully, this will help others find a conclusion too.
