User registration – select no working well

Are you using any translation plugins? If so, please once try deactivating it and see if the issue is there or not.

I’m having exactly the same problem. I added about 6 options, saved changes, then when I check the form again, only 3 selection options are available.
The same happened to me like 3 weeks ago in another site.
I’m not using any translation plugin, but my site is in Spanish.

Must be a plugin bug.

Thanks for writing in,

We are planning to fix this issue in our upcoming update. For now please install loco-translate then go to plugins translation ->select user registration plugin-> choose your language-> then search for “options” string -> if you have translated this in different language then set back to English i.e. options. -> then save the changes .
This steps will fix the issue.

I’m facing the same problem!! I have a checkbox with 7 options and I want to delete just the last one. I remove it, save (updated form) but when I check it doesn’t disappeared!!

When are you planning to release the update? It’s a big problem! We are unable to edit checkboxes!
