User Registration with Blocks

I’ve just spent 30 minutes searching the internet, www.ads-software.com, and I cannot find anything to do what I want. I’ve added a login/logout block, but I don’t see anything for a user registration block. There used to be a meta widget that would have that in it, but I cannot seem to find that with blocks. The registration form block just sends an email. I must be missing something, but I have no idea what.
