User Registrations

I have a Drudge page. I thought I had eliminated the user registration form or input, but I keep getting getting 8-10 per day. How or where do I go to turn this off? Very aggravating!

What do you have under settings->general?

When I go to https://fedhealthdogz.com/wp-login.php?action=register, I see that registration is allowed.
