User Results

From a users perspective, is there a section that users can use to view their Survey results?
Or, is there a url path that one could use fetch users survey results in json?
Ideally it will go something like:
Public: https://www.domain.com/wp-json/surveys/user-id/survey-1
LoggedIn: https://www.domain.com/wp-json/my-surveys/survey-1
