user reviews plugin questions

i purchased user reviews plugin and i am trying to have support through my account but it seems that there is error on your website.
i have two questions:

1- my users register with first name and email address only (without user name) and when they write a review, the review appears without name of the reviewer (no name at all). how can i fix this?

2- i want the reviewed user to be able to reply to reviews , is this possible ?
