User role

  • Dear support,

    We have installed and activated this plugin, but users with the role “Shop Manager” cannot see the plugin menu in their WordPress adminpanel. Is this the normal behavior? Is “Administrator” the only role with access to it?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    That is indeed normal behaviour, the plugin needs the administrator role in order to be used.
