User Role Capabilities

I haven’t yet put in any custom capabilities for managing the menus. It’s definitely on my todo list and I hope to get to it in a big update later this year.

In the meantime, it uses the same edit_posts set of capabilities used for managing posts and pages on the rest of your site. So there’s not a good way to fence them off from those sections and just edit the menu. But if you’re comfortable with that any Author or Editor (can’t remember which) should be able to edit the menus.
