User role changed trigger not working

  • I have created a few notifications with user-triggers on my page and they all work.

    Now I’ve added a notification with trigger “User role changed”, carrier “email”, set a recipient with {user_email} and enabled it. Unfortunatelly when I do changes to a user’s role nothing happens – no mail at all?

    Any idea what I did wrong?

    Hi, thanks for your patience. Is the role set up with some 3rd party plugin or via the user edit screen in wp-admin?
