User role discount changes

Hello!

I want to ask if this plugin will be affected if I activate another discount plugin (not based on user role but product)? Because once I activate the bulk discount plugin, the discount of user changes. For example, the normal price of a product is $1400. Once the Customer A (got 30% discount) logged in, the price displayed is $980. When I add to cart the product, it applied another 30% discount ($686) and when I go to view cart page, it applied again to another 30% discount ($480.20). I included the images for your reference.
