Of course. So I would like to add a new user to my website (workers at our gokart track) with very strict roles, so they can’t modify anything else on my website.

I found that User Role Editor free plugin is a good way to do this, I can set roles easily, but somewhy I can’t add Appointment Calendar to their role, because this plugin do not find it automatically. I can add capabilites with IDs, but I do not know what is this exactly and what ID should I type here.

Maybe can you check this plugin?

Its required code customization so please follow the given instruction.

1. Hope you are using the latest version of the plugin if not please update the plugin first.

2. Find the code in the link https://pastebin.com/bJ0nHEkG

3. Go to in your plugin directory >> Appointment-calendar.php and paste the given code in above link.

4. Go to in plugin directory >> Appointment-calendar.php find line number 47 and 49 now replace “editor” role with your role

5. Now don’t forget to give manage option permission with the role editor plugin to this user.

Thank you! We followed the steps but when we did it, the appointment calendar disappeared and only a blank page was visible in admin surface and on the website aswell.
