User Role Editor Roles Not Showing Up

    Hello, we have an ecommerce shop and we use the plugin User Role Editor to create some sub roles for our shoppers, but they are not showing up under WP Email Users > Send Autoresponder Email > Select Roles

    The only select roles available are Administrator, Subscriber, Contributor, Author, and Editor. How can I get the custom ones to show up?

    Hello wkirschnerjr,

    we have added those user roles statically so for now, you need to add your custom user roles by doing custom code either dynamically or statically. we will consider this in our next update.

    I’m new. How would one start creating the “custom code” to add these custom user roles. This is a huge part of how I’d like to manage my users!
