User Role & Form Fill Up Error

    Hello Intelligent Team !!!

    I’ve a Doctor appointment website. Named as “Doctor Bari”

    Error 01 :

    So for this website I’ve various categories user like doctor/patient/hospital so I’ve to use the multi role form selection process. I use “Ultimate Member” Plugin for that.

    So firstly I created different form then when I tried to select – “Assign role to form” option then select a role then press “update” But It doesn’t work. It automatically stay with “Administrator” Role.

    So what should I do now to solve this error?

    Error 02 :

    When a visitor try to fill up a form, they are getting really confused. Because they cannot type any letter with the blank field they have to choose the field title first then they can input their data. So it is so unfamiliar with anyone. Another problem is “Required Field Warning message” It covers full blank option so that they cannot text on it for this message because it popped up with the whole blank field.

    So What Should I do now to Solve this issue?

    You have a conflict and JavaScript errors with the “KiviCare” plugin.
    Deactivate this plugin and make your tests with UM again.

    But For My Website “KiviCare” Plugin is must.

    Is there any other registration plugin, that can work with Kivicare?

    Please notify me…

    Or is there none, Should I’ve to contact with Kivicare Team to solve the conflict and JavaScript errors with the “KiviCare” plugin ?

    The deactivation of “KiviCare” plugin is only for the test to verify if UM is OK.

    I deactivate the KiviCare Plugin as you said…

    But it still has same errors. So What Should I do now ?

    Keep the “KiviCare” Plugins deactivated.

    1. Look at the browser web console if you get any JavaScript errors when testing.

    2. Enable PHP error logging if the debug will give some more info about this issue.

    You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in this file when you do the tests: /wp-content/debug.log

    Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation. For best formatting use the CODE format.
