Upon investigation, it appears that the registered users need to be assigned the “Subscriber” role in order to submit listings successfully. Please ensure that the users attempting to submit listings have the “Subscriber” role assigned to their accounts.
Directorist currently supports the “Subscriber” role for listing submissions. If you encounter any difficulties despite assigning the “Subscriber” role to your users, I recommend creating a support ticket so that our team can further assist you.
