Please check the video. I have created a Custom Post Type. Then cloned my main Admin role and named it “Assistant Admin”. Then created an user under “Assistant Admin” user role.

Then I just uncheck the “Edit” option form the “Movie” post type and it works.

Also, there is another way to hide your specific admin menu items based on user role by using the “Admin Menu” option in WP Adminify. Check this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/OCoTgBrD3nTV

You can hide admin menu items from this Hidden for rules option in Admin Menu editor option too.
