User Role Reverts to None

Hi there,

We encountered an issue with the User Roles on our WP site. The scenario is that when a new user logs in to our pricing page, all the users recently subscribed change to ‘None’. Not sure if this is an issue under UM but this only happened recently. This has been working previously.

I have set the default user for new users logging in to ‘Subscriber’ which should be the role set but it’s currently set to ‘None’.

Can you please let me know what’s causing this issue?
