User role rights are giving access to the WordPress settings panel

I created a new WordPress user. Assigned them Contributor rights. I need them to be able to go to the doc library in the backend and get to the Manage File option. However, when I give them “Manage Settings” rights, which is the only way I can get the Manage File option to show up, it gives them access to all of the WordPress settings. How can I give them ONLY rights to the MDOCS Manage File settings and NONE of the WordPress settings?
