User-Roles as recipients (pipes or checkboxes)

Hi.

I think I’ve searched everywhere now (but i hope i have missed the right answer)

I want to be able to select all users in a Role as recipient. I want to be able to do this with pipes or check boxes. Can it be done.

I know the “contact form 7 group mail” plugin does almost this. But as far i have found out, it only allows the contact form to be predefined with one or more roles. Not Selectable in the front-end.
I could also make a normal pipe solution, but then i would manually have to update the list of recipients every time a new user was created or changed email. I would like it to get the emails from the database, so i’m sure they’re always up-to-date.

I’ve contacted the creator of CF7-Group mail, but never got response.

So my question is: Is it possible with any current solution, or with minor programming (my php skills are sparse)
