User roles not removed after Memberpress expiration or cancelation

    We are getting reports of subscribers keeping their discord roles even after their Memberpress expires.

    How can we make sure that a canceled or expired subscription properly loses their discord roles when they are supposed to?

    this behavior is caused by MemberPress itself.
    we are working on this
    in the meantime, you can disconnect the concerned user, and ask him to connect
