User Roles Permissions

I’ve created a custom user role for our CSRs. I used the manage_forminator capability to have Forminator show up in the admin menu. Is there a way to further restrict this to only show the submissions submenu? I am not using a user role plugin and have created this user role with code as there are some other unique additions.
