User roles removed 23 hours after subscription update was successful

Hello,
I have finally hit my first month of renewals.

I have a user who just had their first subscription renewal & it was successfully paid.

About 23 hours and 50 minutes after the successful payment, their role was removed from the discord.

I have all timestamps to prove this.

What is going on here? How can this be fixed?
