User Screen Filtering not working

    The filter system on the user screen put in place by UM doesn’t work. It used to but no longer does.

    In particular the filter by “Date Last Logged In” doesn’t display any results. We know users have logged in, we have logged in ourselves, but regardless of what range we set, there are no results.

    This stopped working about a month ago.

    Could you please provide screenshots of your Member Directory settings that have the issue? You can upload the screenshot via imgur.com and then share the image URLs here so we can review them.

    The site isn’t using Member Directories at all. The issue highlighted in my original message is in the standard Users screen in WordPress where UMM adds a series of filters. The sorting is needed specifically for administrative purposes.

    We’ve filtered all users whose date last logged in was between January 1s 2021 and today – this returns 0 results, which we know to be incorrect because we have logged in with a series of test accounts over the past few weeks as we tried to troubleshoot this.

    Hi @tonydjukic

    UM doesn’t add those extra filters to the Users screen. Did you add it with customization? What’s the version of UM you’re using on your site? Do you have any UM extensions installed?
