User search functions not yielding results

Hi team,

We have two small / related issues.

(1)The search function on our website is not working, (on pressing the button) nothing happens.

(2)Additionally we have tested the UM search widget which worked only on users entered manually through the registration form.

Our site has a system that generates users via XML Api call from another server. As the xml generates accounts without name and last name, our members/admins can only search for another member by keying as input his / her email address, however, none of those users account auto generated is “searchable” from the UM search widget when keying the email of the intended user while when entered emails of other users not uploaded via the XML the search widget is able to perform its task and display a list of users related to that email.

We have purchased a bundle and we are happy so far with all the rest.
