user sees “are you sure you want to do this”

I have the group selectors widget on my site. I have an option there to sign up for the blog and newsletters, but when a user inputs their information, they see a message on the widget that says “are you sure you want to do this?” and it gives no options to move forward and there’s nothing that they can do, nor do they get subscribed.

What’s the fix for this? Thanks.

PS. One user did it on their computer and got the problem (as did I when I tried it) but then on their mobile phone, it worked properly. Just saying in case it helps. But I’d like for it to work no matter which device it’s on.
