user selects $50 but the $100 donation is selected instead

  • I am using both the one time donation and the addon subscription donation.

    In the One-Time Donation section on my donation page: When a user selects $50 the $100 donation is selected instead.

    I have tested this on every browser and it seems to only do this in the Safari browser.

    It looks like something got saved wrong with that form. In the mark-up I can see that the $50 and $100 have the same “price-id”. I’d suggest changing the $100 amount and label, save the form, then change it back again.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Did that already. I deleted both the $50 and $100 and added new ones. Still doing it only safari it never did happen in any other browsers.

    Any other suggestions?

    Not doing it on any other amounts on any other forms. Just the $50 and $100. When you click $50 and hit Donate Now button, it states $100 instead of $10.

    I hope you can help me fix this issue.

    I’d recommend then re-creating a new form. Something got saved wrong in there. Create a new form, replace the current one with the new form and let me know how that goes.

    Ok. I created a new form and deleted the old one and it fixed the error. thanks for your help.
