User slug change itself after run well.

    I have a wp multisite subdomain + buddypress.

    Once a member registered, he/she given usernama e.g. myusername, so member slug for main network is domain.com/hisusername

    In subdomainn the permalink use /usename/category/posttitle, so the url for an article is subdomain.domain.com/hisusername/thatopic/post-title

    BUT, almost all link chnged itself, no longer using username but replaced by nicename with dash.
    e.g.
    member’s profile from domain.com/hisusername become domain.com/albert-einstein
    article link from subdomain.domain.com/hisusername/thatopic/post-title become subdomain.domain.com/albert-einstein/thatopic/post-title
