User submitted content

Hi everyone,

I am trying to setup a site similar to:

https://www.confessions.com.au/confessions/

Only without all of the spam ads.

Essentially, I want users to be able to submit “one-liner” content, that I can moderate.

Ideally, I can display the content one of two ways:

1. The same as the link above, and
2. Similar to a “meme” page – one users submitted content, displayed at random in the middle of the page.

Displaying the content I’m guessing will be fairly easy, but how do I go about allowing the users to submit content from the front-end?
