User Submitted Posts

I am relatively new to WordPress. I have successfully set up this Plugin and been able to post as an admin.

I have checked to require a user login in order for users to post. When I try to go to the form NOT as an admin, it asks me to login. Where/How do I set up a place where a user can get a username and password?
