User Sync not working anymore

    I’m using MailChimp User Sync 17.7. The automatic synchronization doesn’t work anymore. I read that the plugin was no longer followed is it related to that? Should I simply upgrade to the premium version to fix the problem?

    In the premium version, are new WordPress users automatically added in Mailchimp or is it impossible?

    Hi,

    We did not intentionally break the old free UserSync plugin and as far as I know it should still work, but we indeed no longer update or support that version. So the reason to buy Premium would be not just to get the latest version of UserSync but also to get support on that.
