User Tags with Roles on Registration Page

Hi Team,

I have “roles” on my website’s registration page such as role A, B, C. How can I add tags so that I can segregate the roles at my mailchimp audience list?

Currently, they’re all sync to my mailchimp list without any other information that I can segregate them.
