    Hey All,

Has anyone found a way to capture and display the date and time of when a customer accepted the terms of use. I have shown that a user can’t move past the checkout page without accepting, but the store owner would rather have a paper trail of when exactly they accepted.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hey there!

We actually have a plugin that’s made just for this on WooCommerce.com: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-product-disclaimer/

That should do exactly what you are wanting.

Hopefully that helps! Have a great one!

Looks like that could work as a Plan B. Is there anyway to connect this directly to the Terms checkbox in checkout that we turned on in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Checkout?

Basically they need to agree to the terms to move forward with the purchase/payment processing now. We just want to capture that they did this and when in the database.
