User upload images FROM facebook/ instagram on front end

I’ve been searching the internet for plugins that let a visitor on my site (non-logged in) upload a photo from their facebook or instagram account to my site. Here is an example on another website:

If you look at the “share your style” header and click on “add a photo” you’ll see what I’m talking about. It seems like it would take many many hours to custom code something like that which is why I’m hoping to find a plugin solution. Anyone know of a plugin that does something similar to what I’m talking about?
