User verification based on documents

    Hi there,

    Thinking of using your pro plugin. We are busy building an auction site, and have to verify users once they have submitted multiple documents? This document will expire every 3 months. Will the plugin be able to verify users as mentioned above?

    Hello @location360

    Ultimate member does not have a feature to auto validate users based on the documents they submit. It has 3 options “Auto approve, email verification, admin review”. If you want to manually verify documents and approve users, ultimate member can work in that case however, but default there is no way to deactivate the user’s account every 3 months.
