User whitelisted still listed as spam

I did a scan for spam users and a user who has been in my database since day one and previously checked as “not spam” is now marked as spam. If I click on their email and IP it returns:
Search Result: [email] [IP] spam activity is not found. Not found any records
In the AntiSpam log there is “Contact data approved” on a form submission, yet the email is marked as “fake email” and clicking on it returns the same result above.
I whitelisted email and IP in my account.
I Synchronized with Cloud in WordPressThe email still is reporting as spam. How do I get the designation removed?
