user wrong URL

I have my page like https://www.aaa.com/YY and plugin on user URL is redirected wrong to https://www.aaa.com/yy/user/<user>, instead of https://www.aaa.com/YY/user/<user>.
How can I resove this?

If have domain like https://www.domain.com/AA then user profile URL try acces https://www.domain.com/aa/user/someuser with page not found error, instead of https://www.domain.com/AA/user/someuser
All other URL forms is ok.
