User your own HTML for visitors, logged in sees regular site

This was exactly what I needed.

Visitors see the HTML which you simply put in a box within the plugin’s settings.

Logged in users (above whatever level you specify) see the WordPress site as normal. Great for a “coming soon” or maintenance type page so you can develop the backend while simultaneously putting whatever you want up for most visitors.
