[user_firstname] and [user_lastname] aren't working

    This is the notification that I’ve set up:
    New user registration:

    User ID: [user_id]
    User Login: [user_login]
    User Email: [user_email]
    Display Name: [display_name]
    User First name: [user_firstname]
    User Last name: [user_lastname]

    For some reason all of the shortcodes are working except for the user_firstname and user_lastname as shown below:

    User ID: 2124
    User Login: 052164
    User Email: s*****[email protected]
    Display Name: 052164
    User First name:
    User Last name:

    I’ve tested it multiple times after changing the theme, the plugins, deactivating everything then reactivating it all one by one and it seems like this problem still exists. Do you know of anyone else having this same issue? I am using s2Member and quite a few other plugins, but it doesn’t make sense that all the other shortcodes would be working except for these two. Also, when I look in the WP dashboard for the user, all of the information shows up in the site, it just doesn’t come through in the email.

    Thanks for your message.

    Are you able to test by deactivating all plugins except for BNFW and creating a user manually from the WordPress admin, making sure to enter the first and last name and let me know if the then shortcodes work?

    This should now be fixed in the latest release, available shortly.

    Hey Jack,

    Thanks for looking into that for me. I just tried it with a dummy user and the first and last name still aren’t coming through, I’ll try deactivating then reactivating the plugins one by one and see if that works this time around.

    I’ve tested this fairly extensively and I can say that it works with Twenty Sixteen and BNFW installed. Cab you try this combination and see how you get on? I suspect a theme / plugin conflict with the latest version of WordPress or BNFW.
