[user_nicename] for post notifications

Hi Jack,

We have new post notification emails going out to paid members using the User Role feature in BNFW.

I tested using the [user_nicename] to format the emails like so:

Dear [user_nicename],

…

Instead of inserting the email recipient, the shortcode enters the post author. Maybe that is how it is supposed to work but it would be great to personalize each email notification with the email recipient (who is a WP User) using [user_nicename].

Does that make sense?

Not currently, no but it’s an excellent idea! Issue is that it makes the emails a bit more ‘transactional’, so i’d need to work out how to best do this.

I’ll add it to the roadmap for a future version. Definitely a good idea.
