Usergroup permissions don’t save

    I’m using the plugin for a Q&A forum and I want to hide user profiles. I can see that I can remove usergroup permissions to view member profiles, but every time I untick it ‘saves’ the page but doesn’t actually save my preferences! It just reverts to default.

    Help! Also, is there a way I can just turn off member profiles completely?

    Hi @palagrin,

    Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug Tab > Errors & Issues Sub Tab and check errors. If you see some Errors please let us know.

    All the tabs under ‘tools’ (including Debug) are blank….nothing at all displayed

    Turns out you can only save usergroup preferences if you have wordpress admin priveliges…would be helpful if there was a notification for that!
