    No, you cannot.

    Before you get into some very real trouble for using multiple accounts, you do not need to change your user ID on these forums.

    If you wish to create and use a new account them reply back here, I will block your current account and you can create a new one with a new email and user ID. You will not be permitted to use your old email.
