Username as employee number

    Hi there,

    I am curious if there’s a way to have admins to instead use employee number as the login name instead of email address, both as manual upload of employee and batch uploads?

  • Hello @edmonaft,

    All the employee and other members are basically WordPress user and they have a certain user role. We just show them in the different label like: Employee, HR Manager, Accounts or anything.

    The thing is, as all the member are WordPress user and they have a certain user role, they do not have that option to log in with their ID. WordPress doesn’t allow login without the username or email address.

    What i meant is if it is possible to have the employee-ID number be the username rather than the email address
