• I have completely lost acces to my www.ads-software.com account. When logging in, none of my usernames or emails are accepted, not even to reset the password. I had to create a generic account just to post on here. My website is still visible online, but it is as if my credentials have expired or changed. (I thought the original admin couldn’t be changed?) I can provide associated credentials in a private forum.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @bcpoll,

Could you please check the database through cpanel and check if your username is still existing or not?

    Hi Ketan,

Thanks for the suggestion. My username is still visible through the host, Siteground.

    Hi @bcpoll,

Please check the associated email address. If the email address is correct then your site might not be sending the emails. Maybe your email service has stopped.

If the email is not the same, then please update the email address directly in the database and also change the password. Refer the link below:

    Thanks Ketan.

The email address is correct and up-to-date in the database, and I know my email service is active. I have even tried restoring a backup for the website to an earlier date, with no effect.

The problem is that my username and email address are both being denied when logging into www.ads-software.com. So, I cannot even request a password update/change, because it will not accept the username.
