    Hi there,

In the default email response templates the start of the email is:

    “Hi {{username}},”

But when the email is sent out it doesn’t show up, it’s blank. I haven’t changed it, and the default subject link is working.

    Please could you help

    Thanks
    Jasmine

    Hi @jasmine12nz,

I just did the test and it seems to be working fine in our test environment. Once could you please provide me the URL of the registration form? I will do a test and get back to you accordingly.

Also, I recommend you to follow this two documentation:https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/customize-email-content/
    https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/smart-tags/

Let me know whether it helps or not and I will get back to you.

    Thanks and Regards!

    Hi Sanjuacharya77!

You’ll get the auto response when you register

    Hi @jasmine12nz,

We are really sorry for the delayed response. I was looking to do the test but when I was trying to submit the form I get the “Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0” error. This error seems to occur if there is any conflict with the Plugin or the Theme. So Please deactivate all other plugins except User Registration and see if it works or not. If everything works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do test registrations at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind the error.

Regarding the email template issue, I am not being able to replicate it because of the above error. If both of the issues still remain then Please contact our developer team. You can contact them here: https://wpeverest.com/contact/ and someone from the team will get back to you.

    Thanks and Regards!
