Username Not Correctly Recorded In Meta Field

  • Activity Log Version 2.9.0

    When viewing the Activity Log after logging in with the admin userid (which by the way was renamed prior), displays the username “admin” which is not correct. For security reason, let’s call the renamed admin userid, “fakeadmin”. When loggin in with the userid “fakeadmin”, the Activity Log under the META column should display:

    Username: fakeadmin

    As shown below, Activity Log entry (not formatted) has incorrect username. Where is “Activity Log” pulling the username from? Clearly it’s not pulling it from the WP Login Screen.
